Agriculture is an established industry. However, with the use of state-of-the-art digitalization techniques, the department is moving forward. New technologies, systems, and tools have entered the field. The changes I make affect the industrial labor market. Despite the new role, the skills and experience required for different service situations are changing.
In
the case of field service, it is impossible to forget the most important part -
the staff. The team of technicians, engineers, and other professionals will be
trained and ready for any possible situation. At the same time, however,
employment is one of the most important challenges facing the industry. The
problem of farmers is aging workers and the problem of using new systems and
work tools.
There
is still a lot of resistance in digital devices such as computer and software
management software, or other business planning systems. The trained team is
insufficient and therefore prevents the area.
As
a solution, many companies continue to work hand-in-hand or phase out the
entire digitization process. Although 52% of the agricultural industry is based
on manual labor, it does not take time. The market environment brings with it
technologies such as intelligence, internet, etc., which cannot be put in its
proper place without the trained talent.
