Design / Method
We
used a mixed-method approach that began with interviews with key groups with
165 participants and continued with a questionnaire presented to 2,500
engineering and practical engineers involved in service engineering but not
involved. they and. The study included a qualitative study on variables and
multiple linear regression models to compare knowledge and technical skills.
Results
The
overall results show that engineers involved in service engineering and
involved in various professional fields appear to be comparable, and those
involved in service engineers report higher level of professional knowledge,
regardless of age, gender and average class. Qualifications demonstrated that
high-level professional skills can contribute in part to realistic, complex and
regulated training experience in operations engineering.
